The importance of this video by Alisha McGraw cannot be overstated when discussing Edison. During our research on living with deaf dogs, one of the things we were looking for was encouragement, to feel we could train a deaf dog. This video, which I found in my deaf dog digital bible, Deaf Dogs Rock, was the inspiration that Omar and I needed when deciding whether to adopt that large breed deaf dog with amber eyes who had just stolen our hearts.
